Conference Paper Guidelines

We invite submissions of two types of papers for the EIBA 2025 Conference:

  • Competitive papers
  • Interactive papers

Competitive papers should be close to a publishable state, whereas interactive papers may be in an earlier stage of development. In competitive sessions, finished papers take center stage, while interactive sessions allow authors to discuss their ongoing research under the guidance of senior scholars.

Conference participants are kindly asked to adhere to the “rule of three.” This means that participants can be involved in only three conference submissions—whether as the main author, co-author, panelist, or discussant. The rule of three does not apply to pre- or post-conference events. We appreciate your understanding.

For information on submission guidelines for poster submissions, panel proposals, and pre-conference workshops, please see the respective pages.
